Dalius Udrakis

Joniškis

Born in 1967, in Zagare in Joniškis district. Learned the basic elements of wood-carving in school with a group of wood-carvers. Since 2002, wood-carving has become his life. Participates in exhibitions and fairs, demonstrates the carving art during crafts days and folklore festivals. Since 2003, has participated in exhibitlons. Since 2004, has been a member of the Lithuanian Folk Artists' Society. Usually carves from oak, but always strives to preserve the pattern and colour of the wood.
