Juozas Čepulis

Rokiškis

Born in 1928, in Jakiškiai village in Rokiškis district. For a long time, worked as the head of a professional fire-fighting unit ln Rokiškis. ln 1999, began to carve wood and participate in exhibitions. In 2003, 2004,2005, and 2008, won prizes at the national wood-carvers competitive exhibitions in memory of Lionginas Šepka.
